What’s the story with those ridges?

Good question. Our world-famous Napolitains (or ‘naps’) are ridged on one side for a reason: to expose your mouth to more of that rich cocoa flavour. So why not try placing the chocolates on your tongue with the ridged side facing down? Your taste buds will thank you for it.
